June 4, 2003 Mile Marker Project - A Fund raising Campaign spearhead by Bob Griffin begins to collect money to have the Mile Markers installed along Gulf Blvd.

October 1, 2003 Mile Marker Project - By the first of the year, look for these distinctive MILE MARKERS along the main roads that parrallel the beach. These will be MILE MARKER signs designed to help you find where you are going and estimate the distances

January 20, 2004 - Best Tampa Restaurants, by Griffin Productions, is coming out with it’s 4th new issue February 1st...and with a circulation of 50,000, is now the largest circulated glossy publication in Tampa. Combined with it’s 50,000 Best Beach Restaurants in Pinellas County, Griffin Productions prints over 100,000 restaurant magazines (quarterly)
